► If you wish to offer paper copies of my illustrations/birth plans/informative sheets to your clients, you must acquire this 𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐧𝐬𝐞 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐟𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐝𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐛𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧, to respect my work and my copyright.

►This contract is valid for (1) 𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐥𝐞 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐟𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥.

►This License is NOT a transfer of copyright.

►This License authorizes the professional to distribute paper copies of purchased illustrations/plans/educational sheets to their own clients, as well as to use them as visual and informative tools for their clients.

►This License does NOT include digital files of illustrations/birth plans/educational sheets, which must be purchased separately.

►The Artist retains full and exclusive ownership of all their copyrights to their works.

►The Artist grants this license only for the uses described in this contract.
Any other use of the works is prohibited without the prior written authorization of the Artist.

►Digital files of the works must NOT be shared. No sale or alteration of the works is permitted without the Artist's consent.

►This contract is valid as long as the aforementioned conditions are respected, otherwise it will be considered null and void.

► Proof of purchase with order number, date, and name of the professional must be kept to authenticate its validity.
