This illustration is a tool designed to help you recenter yourself and prepare for the important period that is the 4th trimester.
The 4th trimester is the natural continuation of pregnancy, "ex-utero."
You can use this illustration to prepare for this period beforehand, or postpartum to take stock and remind yourself that what you are going through is completely normal, and it is legitimate to feel this way.
You will also find several useful tips for this period, from lochia to hormonal dips and afterpains.
