I offer you this practical 2-page birth plan, a "checklist" type, to print (You can also print it double-sided for more convenience)

I titled it "Birth Wishes" rather than "Birth Plan," as birth is not an event that can be planned like a script, but rather something to be prepared for with trust and letting go!
My intention with this birth plan is to offer you a simple and practical guide, as well as to suggest several avenues for reflection regarding your childbirth experience, which you might not have considered.
It also provides you with an overview of the choices available to you, your rights, and potential medical interventions in a hospital setting.

I want to help you protect your bubble, assert your rights and choices, so that you feel secure enough to let go and confidently dive into the vortex of childbirth ♡

I encourage you to educate yourself on the topics suggested in this plan, to see both sides of the coin, and make informed choices.

In this document, I cover everything from the ambiance in the room, to contraction management methods, possible medical interventions, pushing, postpartum stay, baby care, wishes in case of an epidural or C-section, etc.

I have also included spaces for you to add elements to each section, as well as two blank "information" sections, where you can put anything that is important to you during your childbirth. (Fear of needles, trauma related to certain procedures, additional medical information, etc.)

I encourage you to educate yourself on the topics suggested in this plan, to see both sides of the coin, and make informed choices.
