I offer you this practical 2-page birth plan, a "checklist" type, to print (you can also print it double-sided for convenience).

I've called it ''Birth Wishes'' rather than "Birth Plan", as birth is not an event that can be planned like a script, but rather one that you prepare for with confidence and letting go.
My intention with this birth plan is to offer you a simple and practical plan, as well as to suggest several avenues for reflection about your childbirth that you may not have considered.
It also gives you an overview of the choices available to you, your rights, and possible medical interventions in a hospital setting.

I want to help you protect your bubble, assert your rights and choices, so that you feel secure enough to let go and confidently dive into the vortex of childbirth ♡

I encourage you to learn about the topics proposed in this plan, to see both sides of the coin and make informed choices.

In this document, I cover everything from the ambiance in the room to contraction management methods, possible medical interventions, pushing, the postpartum stay, baby care, wishes in the event of an epidural or C-section, etc.

I have also included spaces for you to add elements to each section, as well as two blank "information" sections, where you can put what is important to you during your childbirth. (Fear of needles, trauma related to certain procedures, additional medical information, etc.)

I encourage you to learn about the topics proposed in this plan, to see both sides of the coin and make informed choices.
