I offer you this simple and practical blank birth plan template.

With this plan, my intention is to help you protect your space and feel secure enough to let go and confidently dive into the vortex of childbirth.

♡ I've named this plan ''birth wishes'' rather than "birth plan," because birth isn't an event you can plan like a script, but rather one you prepare for with trust and letting go.

I encourage you, before drafting your plan, to inform yourself thoroughly to see both sides of the coin, and make informed choices. I hope this plan will be a useful and reassuring asset during your childbirth.

• Also useful for midwives, doulas, and other perinatal professionals who wish to offer this practical tool to the families they support.

• A professional distribution license is also available in the shop for this purpose, if you would like to provide paper copies to your clients.
