The Power of Thought

Your mind is incredibly powerful!
By regularly repeating the positive affirmations that resonate most with you, they will transform from reassuring phrases into sincere and solid beliefs. Childbirth affirmation cards will provide a visually and emotionally positive element that will shift your brain's attention away from the intensity of contractions. This will help break the cycle of 𝗳𝗲𝗮𝗿 ⇒ 𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 ⇒ 𝗽𝗮𝗶𝗻.
Some of the pain signals will be blocked, and the brain will thus release a greater quantity of endorphins (which is a kind of natural "morphine"), helping to achieve an alpha state of consciousness.

I have included 8 small wooden clips so you can hang your favorite cards on a string in your birth place.
