Professional Distribution License

► If you wish to provide hard copies of my illustrations, birth plans, or information sheets to your clients, you must purchase this 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐟𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐝𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐛𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐧𝐬𝐞 to respect my work and copyright.

► This agreement is valid for (1) 𝐚 𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐥𝐞 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐟𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥.

► This license does NOT constitute a transfer of copyright.

► This license authorizes the professional to distribute hard copies of the purchased illustrations, plans, or educational sheets to their own clients, and to use them as visual and informational tools with those clients.

► This license does NOT include the digital files for the illustrations, birth plans, or educational sheets; these must be purchased separately.

► The Artist retains full and exclusive ownership of all copyrights regarding their work.

► The Artist grants this license solely for the uses described in this agreement. Any other use of the works is prohibited without the Artist's prior written authorization.

► Digital files of the works must NOT be shared. No sale or alteration of the works is permitted without the Artist's consent.
*The Bonapace Trio is excluded from distribution rights.

► This agreement remains valid as long as the aforementioned conditions are met; otherwise, it shall be considered null and void.

► Proof of purchase—including the order number, date, and the professional's name—must be retained to verify the license's validity.
