What you get:
3 illustrated digital posters, featuring:
-Acupressure points explained visually
-Simple, easy-to-understand visuals explaining what happens in your brain
*Also useful for your partner!
I created these illustrations in collaboration with Julie Bonapace, author of the Bonapace Method.
I wanted to illustrate her method, which is revolutionary in the world of childbirth. The Bonapace Method is a recognized non-pharmacological pain relief technique based on the roles played by neurophysiology and hormones during the birthing process.
By significantly reducing (by nearly 50%) the intensity and unpleasantness of pain throughout all stages of labor, this method (which is both natural and scientifically grounded) is now used worldwide!
I am offering this series of 3 illustrations:
One on pain-relief massage (acupressure points),
One on gentle massage and stimulation,
One on thought control.
In each one, I summarize the key exercises and stimulation techniques, as well as what is happening in the brain when they are used.
To understand and learn the Bonapace Method in greater depth, I recommend the book *Accoucher sans stress avec la Méthode Bonapace* (Giving Birth Without Stress Using the Bonapace Method), available in most bookstores.
Additionally, Julie Bonapace offers a comprehensive and detailed online prenatal course called *Accoucher en confiance* (Giving Birth with Confidence), featuring numerous videos, audio files, and more! https://www.bonapace.com/fr/cours-en-ligne/
⚠️ Please note: these illustrations are not a substitute for learning the Bonapace Method itself! It is simply a visual aid that supports or complements the method, summarizing the key exercises and explaining their effects on the brain.
Nor does it replace the Bonapace Method training for professionals.
Also useful for midwives, doulas, and other perinatal professionals looking to offer visualization and introspection tools to their clients.
